Whether you’re looking to save time on meal prep or want to cook restaurant quality meals at home, this class is for you.
Forget the cookbooks, we’re getting hands-on! Our instructors, Bethany and Casie, will walk you through the secrets of:
- Mastering the Blade Slice and dice like a chef with essential knife skills.
- The Power of Caramelization Learn the science of flavor to make every veggie and protein pop.
Every participant will help prepare a delicious meal using locally sourced protein, fresh seasonal vegetables, and perfectly seasoned rice.
