Hey, I am Henna, the founder and creative mind behind AuraCandlesStudio. With a passion for fragrances and a love for crafting, we hand pour each product in my home studio with care and detail. our vision is to share scents that connect people to memories, uplift moods, and transform homes into havens of calm.

When did you first get started?

Founded in September 2023, Aura candles Studio began with a simple passion for fragrance and handcrafting. What started as small-batch candles has grown into a collection of thoughtfully made scents such as perfumes, diffuser oils, car diffusers, soot free wax fragrances designed to bring peace, warmth and comfort into everyday life.

What inspired you to start your business?

When I become a mother and nurtured my two precious kids who struggle with allergies and asthma, I began crafting natural, soy-based candles and fragrances that were safe, soothing, and nostalgic. With a passion for fragrances, every scent is attached to a memory of my childhood in India. Surrounded by roses, jasmine, lilies, monsoon rains, trips to the mountains of eucalyptus forests, I developed a deep fondness of fragrances as a source of memory and healing.
Today, our handmade candles, plant-based fragrance oils are created to be eco -friendly, allergen-conscious and inspired by nature.
We often listen and connect to our customers over their memories- scents from childhood, many tell us how past experiences with chemical-based fragrances left them disappointed or uncomfortable. Thats why we create all -natural, curated fragrances that feel nostalgic, safe, and true to the moments they cherish most!

What is your favorite thing to make/produce?

My favorite creations are the custom blends, essential and plant-based oils, candles inspired by our customer stories and requests, which they share with such passion and excitement
For instance, A customer very fondly described her childhood memory of her mom burning palo santo and sandalwood incense as a cleansing ritual every morning and we recreated that memory for her by infusing these two blends into an essential oil.

Where are you from/where did you grow up?

I grew up in Mumbai, India and travelled across the country, experiencing its rich culture, diversity, and incredible scents that inspire my work today.

Share a fun fact about yourself you'd like your customers to know!

A fun fact about me- I run a homestead where we raise our own chickens and enjoy fresh eggs straight from the coop. It's one of my favorite ways to stay connected to nature and simple living!
