Planned Giving
Planned giving is the process of planning a donation ahead of time. Oftentimes, charitable planned giving is part of an estate plan, where monetary donations or donations of other assets are made once the donor passes away.
Giving from your appreciated assets (or gifts of appreciated assets) can offer benefits to you and a charity of your choosing. Learn more about your planned giving options to support Groundswell.

Giving from Your IRA (Charitable rollovers)
If you're 70½ or older, you can contribute from your IRA and potentially receive tax benefits. You can have your IRA administrator use our sample letter of instruction.
If you have named the Groundswell in your will or trust, please let us know so we can ensure that your gift is used according to your wishes and welcome you into our Society. Notifying us of your plans will enable us to plan for the use of your future gift. However, if you prefer to remain anonymous, we will keep your name and gift in strict confidence.
