The Young Gardeners Program is kicking off a Back to School Hygiene Supply Drive, and we need your help!

Every Sunday in July, we will be set up at Galveston's Own Farmers Market from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM collecting hygiene essentials for local students. All donations will be distributed at the GISD Back to School event on July 29, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Central Middle School.

We are collecting hygiene products for elementary, middle, and high school students, including:

    - Feminine hygiene products

    - Undergarments and socks

    - Body soap and lotion

    - Deodorant

    - Face wipes and body wipes

    - Similar hygiene items

Every student deserves to start the school year feeling confident and cared for. Drop off donations any Sunday in July while you shop the market.

Collection Sundays: July 5, 12, 19, and 27 | 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
