Groundswell is proudly hosting the American Revival Festival who are bringing you The Festival of Helpers! The American Revival Festival, is a travelling festival of hope which is coming to Galveston over the weekend of September 26th, 2026. The Revival works with artists including Yo-Yo Ma, Nicholas Ma, Alfre Woodard, Arrested Development, and Valerie June, and many more, and uses art and music to connect and create tangible impact in local communities across the country. 

The Festival of Helpers is the center of tangible action at the Revival. It’s where people go to turn inspiration into commitment. We are curating a dynamic space of organizations, civic groups, nonprofits, and community leaders offering pathways to get involved in the community at large! The Festival of Helpers will be held at Market in addition to our regular Vendors and Operations and will provide an excellent opportunity for members of the community to find new and special ways to get involved!
